Monitask includes a screenshot feature to help you monitor employee and freelancer performance remotely. It provides transparent information about what they are working on without spying. The software tracks web and application activity, showing current tasks, project progress, and how long each task takes. Employees and freelancers can manually clock in and out, and screenshots are taken randomly or at set intervals to observe work processes.
